For over 25 years, Nina has focused her expertise within business through accounting, finance and systems implementation. Nina offers her specialized services to companies that require professional assistance to develop robust financial systems to streamline business processes and improve the quality of information provided for making informed business decisions.

Professional experiences which Nina has garnered, allowing her to offer a broad range of services to her clients, include: Six years at MediaLogic/Medscape serving in capacities of Controller, Treasurer, and Director of Process Analysis and Business Systems. During her time with MediaLogic/Medscape, Nina was an integral part of the IPO team and analyzed, managed and implemented several mergers and acquisition opportunities. Nina started her public company experience with Mentor Graphics serving as their Public Reporting Manager and a Corporate Financial Analyst. Nina started her career as a CPA at PriceWaterhouse, LLP and also as Director of Finance and Operations at a local manufacturing/assembly company.
