The solution, which is being presented at Booth 6349, leverages innovations from the eTransX HEMI (Healthcare Enterprise Messaging and Integration) Engine to reduce the cost and complexity of creating and exchanging Continuity of Care Records (CCR) and Continuity of Care Documents (CCD). Its configuration driven approach, along with its prebuilt function library allows the CCR/CCD Integration Engine to deliver time savings of 80-90 percent to its customers versus programmatically building the interface.

These patient summaries are critical in the coordination of care as they allow all of the relevant patient information to follow that patient across all care settings.
