IDS will demonstrate how patient intake and triage forms can be completed easily using the pen. At HIMSS, Capturx software from Adapx (Anoto partner) will be demonstrated by collecting attendee interests about the event in the Microsoft booth and to show how customers use this data capture software and Anoto digital pens to streamline the process and increase the number of employee screenings. Adapx can coordinate briefings between press and Microsoft, in regards to Microsoft’s experience as a customer using Capturx for Health & Wellness Screenings.

A tiny camera in this pen’s tip captures everything, as it is written or drawn. Simply place the pen in a USB docking station, approve the data, and NextPen automatically fills the structured data fields in a patient’s record. A perfect image of the form is also captured and can automatically be attached to the record, making it ideal for signatures and drawings.
