Sarasota software firm strengthens commitment to customer experience
SARASOTA, Fla. Gray will oversee all facets of the Voalté end-user experience including onsite program training and the development of its curriculum and materials.
According to Rob Campbell, Voalté’s CEO, Gray will play an instrumental role in the hospital implementation process as a resource to the company’s project managers and will develop training modules and best practices. After the hospital implements the Voalté solution, Gray will monitor the progress of the unit through remote and onsite support, identifying and responding to issues that users may be experiencing.
